Caring Hands Pet Clinic

Receptionist are very nice, welcoming, and professional. But Dr. Kiaei isn’t. He speaks to you in a very rude manner and is very pushy. We were offered flea/tick medication and we denied it due to still having product from a previous flea/tick medication. Once we did, our Frenchie all of a sudden had flea eggs and we were told we must purchase the medication because he was infested in flea eggs, yet, once we got home we checked him and he was clean with no fleas/ticks. We were confused but came to the conclusion that we weren’t going to pay them a visit next year for another wellness visit. We also paid over $200 for the wellness visit, vaccines, and flea medication which I believe is overpriced for the lack of professionalism, area, and services.

I've been going here for a few months for one of my dogs and my cat. I mostly happened upon here by luck because I needed to get my dog seen asap and this was literally the only clinic in all of Lompoc and Santa Maria they had immediate availability. Since bringing our pets here, we've gotten great care from Dr. K and his staff. They quickly answer our calls or return them, and they are always very quick to get our pets in to be seen. We even got follow up calls for our cat that recently had surgery. I've never gotten any kind of service like that. Highly recommend this clinic, Dr. K is amazing!

I don't understand how you can give them a high rating when they don't know anything. He said he would examine my dog, but he talked to me more than he examined her, and he tried to make all the other doctors look stupid in front of him. He didn't solve her problem and didn't give me anything in return, just charged me a lot of money for talking and then left without doing anything. And then, when I told him to ask the other doctor, he started telling me that he didn't really have the time?! So why are you even here if you don't have time? However, there were things he was asked to do, such as removing secretions from the site of the wound, which he refused to do. I hope the doctors will review their practices and reconsider their approach, because this is unethical, unacceptable, and a form of deception and manipulation of people's minds.

My dog Reno was sick, coughing and gagging all night. Dr. K and his staff were able to get him in the same day I called, and we’re incredibly grateful to have been seen so quickly. I was very impressed by how clean the clinic was—everything was sparkling clean. Dr. K and his team were so kind and made Reno feel comfortable and loved. We highly recommend Caring Hands Pet Clinic and will definitely be returning.

I was concern about my cats health a few days after my appointment. After leaving a message Doctor K. called me and addressed my concern. He also squeezed us in right before closing. He talked us through sirenge feeding and how to properly give my cat his antibiotics.
