This isn't a bad store overall, but it is definitely on the smaller side compared to other locations. I stopped by specifically to pick up some cat supplies, and unfortunately, the selection was pretty limited. The cat section was much smaller than I expected, and they didn't have several of the items I was looking for. I ended up having to visit another location to find everything I needed. That being said, the staff made a positive impression. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. They were polite and provided good customer service, which I always appreciate when shopping. The store itself was clean and organized, making it easy to browse what they did have in stock. My biggest issue was simply the lack of variety for cat owners. While there seemed to be a decent selection for other pets, the cat section felt overlooked and understocked. If you're shopping for basic cat supplies, you may find what you need, but if you're looking for a specific brand, food, toy, or accessory, you might have better luck at a larger location. Overall, it's a decent store with great staff, but not the best option if you're looking for a wide selection of cat products.

It is always a pleasure shopping at Pets Supplies Plus. The deals are great, but most importantly the staff is always attentive to our needs and friendly to talk to. Kara is always patient, kind and quick to help my dad and I out no matter how busy the store may be. This is definitely my favorite local neighborhood Pet Supplies Plus Store I love going too. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They always have everything I need if it’s cat food, frozen rats for my snakes or dubias, hornworms, mealworms or wax worms for my bearded dragon. And I think they have a hug cat food selection because there’s some cat food I sometimes can’t find at Target.

Tried the grooming services here for the first time and I have the deepest regret. My dog looks awful. Her legs and face is all uneven. There is no style at all. This was all after paying $101. I will never take my dog here again. It’s almost as though they did this on purpose. There is no way they thought this was a good job. I will be contacting corporate for a refund.
