VetCheck Pet Urgent Care Center - Lutz

Worst place I have ever been to and will never be coming back and I recommend y’all do the same. I’m not even giving this a one star this should be a zero star. My dog went there because she was pooping blood and constantly and throwing up blood and she was not doing good. She had heartworm disease and The same doctor that treated her at Planned Pethood was at this place who treated her that night we went. They wanted to charge me $1000 for a couple meds and an IV and an hour of their time an hour later after we left the place she passed away. No warnings no possibilities from the vets nothing! I’ve gotten one apology from the owner, but when I walked in the two people who treated her that night and the same guy who was at Planned Pethood said oh when I walked in. (they were the only two people at the front desk) They didn’t even say sorry for your loss. Nothing absolutely nothing! The Redhead girl was also kind of giving me attitude when I asked when I would get a phone call from the manager!!! They said if I gave them their materials, they would wipe the thousand dollars away. Which I did. I have still been waiting on a phone call from the manager. And so far, I’ve had nothing yet. I am really upset because I am getting no explanation and I just lost my ESA and the love of my life. I will never get her back. I will never get over this!!! Rest in peace my sweet Daisy 🌼 May, may you always be with me😭

My little Bud Bud had an inflamed third eye because of a kerfuffle. Vetcheck took me in right away. The staff was super friendly and helpful. He is napping now but doing better because of the team. Thank you all so much!

Great experience here! The technician Gabe was fantastic. Dr. Brammer was the doc on staff and she was wonderful with my dog! She was very caring, empathetic and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend coming here if you need urgent care for your pet!

This review is long overdue, but this place is wonderful. I had to come here on the worst day of my life due to an incident with my kitten back around August, and unfortunately we had to put him down:( but despite this, the staff were so gentle with their words and really helped me process what had to happen. You guys are angels and I want people to know it. The situation was horrible and scarring, but I'm so glad this is where I was when it happened. (This was also my first time having to put down a pet so I was 10x more hysterical but everyone was super understanding) I thanked you guys when I got his paw prints, but I must thank you guys again because it meant everything.

I had a really good experience here! I brought my dog Rusty in after discovering he had a swollen eyeball I called and they got me in right away! The staff and the Vet treated him with so much care and gentleness. I will say he was a lady killer I was afraid they might keep him! lol They were fairly priced and answered all my questions and concerns! (Pic to add of him in his cone 🥹)
