Great beach lots of birds around, seagulls and crows/ravens/ hermit crabs and jellyfish 🪼 Love that you can drive through the beach with your car. Super cool detail. Recommended 100% Great place for night sky photography as well 🙂

Recently visited Whitecap Beach in Corpus Christi and absolutely loved it! The white sand is very clean and well maintained, and the beach is beautiful. Being able to park right on the beach is a huge plus—it gives you a perfect front-row view of the ocean. Make sure to get your parking permit before going; I picked mine up at Stripes for $12. The water was cold since we went in December, but it didn’t stop us from taking a dip. The weather was sunny and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Peaceful, scenic, and well worth the visit. Highly recommended!

Whitecap Beach has been the best beach I’ve visited in Texas so far😍. The whole place feels pleasant, calm, and peaceful from the moment you arrive. Being able to park right on the beach makes everything easier, and the shoreline is clean and relaxing. Great spot to unwind and spend a slow day by the water.🙌🏻

We enjoyed our time at White Cap Beach — the weather and views were beautiful, and it’s a nice spot to relax. However, I did notice quite a bit of litter along the beach and even in the water, like plastic pieces and bits of food. It would be great if the area was cleaned more often. Also, there aren’t any proper washrooms, only portable toilets, which aren’t very hygienic. It would be so nice if there were clean water sprinklers or showers to rinse off the sand and salty water before leaving, since it can really irritate your skin. Overall, we had a good time, but I hope they make a few improvements to make the experience even better. 🌊☀️

Ok, for Texas this is a great beach. Get a permit before parking on the beach. There are free paved lots that are very close if you don’t care about parking on the beach. Being used to Southern California beaches makes it tough to rate this without prejudice, but it’s pretty good. Would visit again.
