Best Friends Pet Hotel

Alexis is awesome. I enjoy dropping dogs off to her. I have three crazy puppies Benji Thor and Lucy and they are always excited when we pull into the parking lot.

I was a little apprehensive when I first dropped off my 2 German Shepherds, because it was my 1st time. I was able to watch them by camera and when I went to pick them up they were actually happy. I also selected the bath, which was so convenient. I wish I could give 10 stars. The associate who accepted them was very knowledgeable and courteous and put my fear to rest and when I return to pick them up the other associate was also courteous, attentive and knowledgeable.

I have been coming to best Friends for over 10 years now. They cared for my now deceased black Lab Terry and now my five year old Golden Retriever Cash. Terry always came home with exhaunted red eyes. We knew he had had the time of his life and needed a vacation from his vacation at Best Friends.lol! Cash, on the other hand, sees Best Friends as his home away from home. He greets and says goodbye to his long time caretakers as if they are family members. The fact that their staff is constantly gives me great confidence when I leave Cash with them. Cash is now five and has grown up with a loving staff at Best Friends!

Best Friends has been a home away from home for my Tinkerbell and now my grandpup Nero. I am always anxious about leaving her when I go on vacation but knowing she is in good hands with the staff at Best Friends allow me to enjoy my vacation without worry!!! I couldn't wait for Nero to join the fun and share in the attentiveness from Best Friends staff! I do wish they get the cameras back or at least find a way to post or send pictures during our fur babies stay.🐾🐾 Update: My Nero was scheduled for enrichment session this past weekend and I received pictures of him enjoying the activity. I'm excited that Best Friends have found a way to keep us connected to our fur babies.

We recently boarded our cat, Archie, at Best Friends Pet Hotel in North Plainfield, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure Archie felt at home. The facility was spotless, and we loved the extra care they provided, ensuring Archie was happy and comfortable. We received an update especially during the bad flooding that gave us peace of mind while we were away. Highly recommend Best Friends Pet Hotel to any pet parent looking for a reliable and caring place for their furry friend. We’ll definitely be back!
