Katherine has been dog-sitting my girl since she was a puppy. My girl always comes back happy and ready for bed time. Katherine is flexible, kind, and communicative. We consider her part of the family. Thank you for taking such great care of Melly!

Unprofessional and poor communication. My dog’s pick up was scheduled for 12am (yes, that late because I was told I can’t pick him up earlier although I was ready and available from 10:30pm) and I wasn’t able to retrieve him until 12:45am. I didn’t receive proper communication until I sent multiple calls and text. I didn’t receive an apology or explanation. Would not book again!
