Best service EVER!!! My pets loves them!! Best grooming, pet hotel and customer service!!!! I don't live in the area but don't care to drive!!!

I don't recommend them. First and last time. I left some guidelines/wishes for the haircut, showed them photos of previous grooming sessions, but the person who greeted me didn't write anything down. When I arrived, they had given my dog ​​a different cut and hadn't followed my instructions. They excused themselves by saying they forgot. It seems that after the cut, they didn't brush him to remove all the hair that had been cut. I had to use a pet vacuum because the mess of hair was ridiculous; I've never had this happen after a grooming appointment. I had to go home and finish the grooming, and on top of that, I had to send the car to be cleaned because of the explosion of hair they gave me. 👎🏻 They forgot to let me know my pet was ready. I had to wait almost two extra hours because they forgot to send the message, as they themselves admitted. Too many bad things on a first visit; I won't be back.
