(from Google)The food and service here was great. I'll definitely come back.
I'm probably not going to make this a spot for eating frequently. The food was ok but not something I would want to eat again or go out of my way to eat... There are way better places to eat for the same price range in KC. The wait staff were great. The atmosphere fun and unique but the food wasn't up to my bar cuisine standards which is sad because I had high hopes based on location and decorations.
A bit of Hard Rock Cafe vibes mixed with a bit of Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom where the Taproom flows freely from a wide selection of over 50+ Brews on TAP!!!! The menu selection was wide and very hard to choose from cause it all looked good just from reading the menu. Had the Giant Soft Bavarian Pretzel with Spicy-sweet mustard and Bier Cheese 🧀 😋 to kick things off with a Modelo. For the main course the wife had the Caeasar with Blackened Salmon, she gave her seal of approval and she's hard to please when it comes to getting food she likes, kinda picky! LoL. As for me, I tackled the humongous Craft Burger called the Smokehouse. It's picture on their menu does not do it any justice. It's much larger and heavier than expected and very well with the menu price. I would highly recommend this sandwich as being your first one before tackling anything else, you won't regret it. The place was so excellent, and being a huge Hard Rock fan, Rock & Brews just got themselves another loyal customer.
Rock & Brews in Overland Park: solid beer selection & wonderful service! Food was meh, but ambiance filled the gap. Pro tip: park in the deck near the facility - convenient access.
What a fun place for our family to eat! We appreciated how loud it was in there since we were dining with our two toddlers—no one seemed to notice if they decided to be silly or wine about anything :D Service was great. Host was genuinely kind, our server was helpful and attentive, and a couple of other servers stopped by to help clear our table and offer refills. Prices were super reasonable. We joked that it would’ve cost our family the same to eat at Chick fil A! Side Caesar salad was a great size and full of leafy green romaine as it should be but so often isn’t when you dine out. Chicken tenders and fries were great. The kids loved their pizza and fruit. My husband had bbq wings and garlic parm fries, said it was good. Great beer selection. Everything came out hot and fresh. Kids eat free on Sundays apparently—so that was a bonus! No complaints, would definitely come here again when in the area!
