Jason was very warm and pleasant! He was willing to research several hypoallergenic pups for my husband and I. The meet and greet areas was sanitized after meeting every pup! I would highly recommend this location and Jason as your Pup Ambassador!!!!

We got our Shih tzu from Petland in NKC! What a great experience! Bailey and Ray were fantastic in helping us get everything we needed to get started. Love my shih tzu! Thanks ladies!

Bailey and all the staff were always very friendly, respectful and professional. Bailey helped us find our new baby and was very attentive to our questions. She has also checked to see how it’s going since we took our puppy home. Bailey goes above expectations in her job!! Thank you so much.

Hard to keep making continued payments on our dog that passed away at only 2yrs old. Additionally, we found out he had other medical issues that should have been caught by their examining vet and our vets initial exam. I was also lied to by staff about where these pets come from. I would not recommend buying a pet from here, especially putting one on credit. Every time I make a payment or even see the name “Petland” it’s upsetting and sad.

I was helped by an employee named Cosette and she was genuinely so amazing. I have never had better service from any other employee of any other company of any kind in my entire life. She was so extremely kind along with being incredibly well informed on the dogs. Cosette is the most capable and personable person I’ve met. I genuinely would not have left with my new baby (a cavalier spaniel) if it hadn’t been for her. I had never been to a petland before, but now I can’t imagine going anywhere that doesn’t have someone like Cosette working there. I am so in love with my perfect puppy and she made that possible for me 🥰
