Its nice to have these pet washes available to beable to wash your pet when needed.but I think people who use these pet washes should clean up after there done so they can stay available for future pet washing.to appreciate there available. I do think there should be a trash can avaliable at the wash so trash can be put in trash and not left at the inside of pet wash.and also it should have a sanitizer scent put in side so the wash doesn't have a foul smell.but other then that I highly appreciate the opportunity of being able to have it available to use. Thanks wet willy for the opportunity of your service for my fur babies

Pros: -instructions were clear and it’s easy to use -open all of the time Cons: -everything else. First, it was gross. I understand part of that is the nature of this being unregulated, but I think having to pay for the cleaning products in your 20 minutes is what discourages people from cleaning up after themselves. The 20 minutes was definitely not enough time to shampoo, condition, wash, dry, and clean, and I wasn’t going to pay for more time to clean. When I first walked in, the first thing I noticed was the smell. It was so strong of mildew. Luckily, there was a door to let air flow in and the smell out. As I kept bathing, I noticed hair and dirt everywhere. I think it would be helpful if someone periodically checked to make sure it was staying clean. My dog usually doesn’t react to bath time, but he was shaking the whole time here. The water was lukewarm at best. The dryer also wasn’t warm or that high powered. There also was no good place to set stuff that didn’t instantly get soaked by water.

This is a great place for you to wash your dog. It's got everything you need. From an oatmeal shampoo to conditioner. The water pressure strong enough to get through the thick fur. The water even warm so your pup isn't freezing. They even got a blow dryer.

Positives: -easy to use -perfect warm water temp -they have a soap and conditioner option as well as a blow-dryer and vacuum -if your dog doesn't want to stand in the wash bin you can also wash your dog on the floor! -there is a treat dispenser so you can reward your dog for bath time :) Negatives: -when you run your card and the system starts running, it creates a LOUD beeping sound for about 5 seconds. Thought I set off an alarm or something it was that loud :( Not great for dogs who hate loud noises especially beeping noises. -I'm glad I brought my own soap and conditioner because the machine doesn't pump out that much with the water. It may have just been running low, not a huge deal but I recommend bringing your own soaps just in case. -$15 feels expensive especially when the soap and conditioner aren't being used. So it's $15 for 20 minutes of water (I used about 12 minutes). It would be nice if there were 2 prices or "packages" like how car washes have. A lower price if you just need water and the blow dryer. A higher price ($15) if you're using soap, conditioner, and all of the other options the facility provides. All in all it was a good experience and I'll be back!
