Mcdonald is everybody's fast-food restaurant. Everyone would take a bite of a burger now and then. This particular Macdonald is clean and have professional staff. Parking is accessible even for people on wheelchairs. I would recommend anyone to go there.

I've been bringing my dog Smokey here through the winter he really hasn't needed a full haircut, since the warm weather is here I brought him in for the bath and the full haircut, this is The Chop Shop job that they did on him! I had no time to bring him back or complain before I went on vacation, so I brought him in with hopes that they would correct their mistake on the haircut, they said no, so I brought him in for his scheduled appointment which I couldn't cancel and I said I want a bath and brush only, I stated we will be going Elsewhere for his grooming needs and haircuts, so when I want to pick him up the one groomer named Sterling all of a sudden came up with how he's so aggressive? I've been bringing him there for the whole winter so she tried to say they will be referring him somewhere else else? I tried so hard not to laugh because she knows I told the other groomer Smokey will not be coming here anymore! So she thought she could SAS talk me and be condescending in front of people at the store? Girl bye! I'm not the one! FYI Smokey Santos has almost 10,000 followers on tiktok and other social media platforms they will have all the pictures and negative reviews on this Petco store! From now on he will be going to PetSmart only! I'll drive further away just to avoid the store altogether! If they had zero Stars that's what I would give!

Saturday 5/2 2:56 PM I called ahead of my appointment to get a basic estimate for vaccination costs. Right from the start, the employee responded with an attitude, repeatedly saying “what do you mean, an estimate?” in a dismissive and irritated tone instead of simply answering a straightforward question. I clarified that I was asking for a general price range so I would know what to expect, since vaccines are obviously not free. Instead of helping, she continued to act difficult and uncooperative. She said pricing “depends” on things like size and breed, but made no effort to explain further or provide even a rough estimate. When I asked what it depended on and whether she could work with me to come up with an estimate, she stayed vague and continued with the same tone. At that point, it felt like she was deliberately avoiding giving a straight answer. When I asked if she was going to help me or continue being difficult, she abruptly hung up on me. This was a simple and reasonable request, and the interaction was unnecessarily frustrating. The tone, lack of assistance, and ending the call by hanging up were all unprofessional. Update; absolute shocker that it was the far one with blue hair 🥴

I ordered a Halloween costume for my rabbit and inspect your outfit with a little cape, and a hat it was I felt exceptional quality. It was a little small, and I tried every way possible to think of a way I could’ve made it larger but I couldn’t. I almost kept it because it was so cute. I took it back to the store. They accepted it back no problem I only wish they would’ve fit. I will definitely order another product from Petco

Mini schnauzer before.. and after. ABSOLUTELY amazing service from Raine! Tucker looks absolutely incredible and came out of his appointment so happy! Exactly what we wanted and Tucker feels so much better without his big fluffy coat! The best service and care! ♥️
