(from Google)The customer service here was awful. I was at the counter trying to purchase a harness for my dog and Josh stopped assisting me to have a full blown conversation with another employee. After 5 minutes of waiting for him to wrap up the conversation and proceed with my transaction, I told him never mind and left the store. Customer service training should be mandatory for all employees. This was my first time at this location and I doubt I come back.
The person don’t know their pronouns so I’ll go with person that helped me and my fiance test our aquarium water and get some snails and plants was so attentive and helpful ,love this store all three snails are super healthy and enjoying their new home will definitely be back for the customer service alone . They also have a pretty nice selection of aquatic plants and aquarium supplies and the fish at this location seem pretty healthy which is a wonderful chain for a big box store keep up the good work :)
Took Rocco here for the first time today and I absolutely loved it! Ashley did an amazing job grooming my doodle and the staff gave me THE BEST experience in general! Everyone is super sweet! 💕 I’ll be back!
We had an awful experience at another location & I'm so glad we decided to go further out. This location was clean and with a huge selection of fish. Tons of clearance items throughout. The employee Doug was so warm & friendly it completely changed my mind about shopping with Petco again. Doug was knowledgeable and gave amazing tips. He made the whole experience memorable. Thank you so much Doug for brightening our day!! We look forward to coming back 😁🐾
When i walked in this place it was clean and the atmosphere was amazing they had everything set up nice and I received customer service from several employees even though i didn’t need their help they did what they were supposed to do..great place to come and visit and they have great deals i was able to purchase this decor for my aquarium which by the way it’s looking great! and they have an awesome reptile sale of 50% off Come see them!
