(from Google)Extremely friendly staff and the vets absolutely love my dogs. Reasonable in price compared to what other vets are doing. So happy to have switched my 5 dogs and 3 cats to a vet hospital that actually cares about the animals it treats.
As an out-of-town visitor attending a dog show, I was relieved to find this clinic with walk-in hours and a good process for treating my visiting dog with stomach upset. The clinic building itself is located close to downtown and has a generational history. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and very gentle with my dog. They listened attentively to my concerns and Dr. Haverstein crafted a reasonable diagnostic and treatment plan. My dog is feeling better!
I wholeheartedly recommend Hill Street. Following a goat emergency, I reached out to several facilities, and Hill Street promptly accommodated us. Although we had no prior experience with their services, their exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication throughout the process alleviated our concerns. They efficiently executed the necessary procedures, provided personalized care, and thoroughly explained each step. Dr. Roser's expertise was outstanding. Our visit was thoroughly satisfactory.
Staff is very helpful and compassionate. My cat was sick and I was able to utilize their clinic to get assessments and treatment the same day, as well as have them established as my ongoing vet. I didn't feel pressured for unnecessary testing and to address his medical needs. The staff was avialble for questions via email and text as well. Pricing was also reasonable.
That was a very good experience.Taking my dog there she got the treatment she wanted, and the doctor was very nice
