Eldorado Pet Grooming

I love this place! They are fairly priced, responsive, and always take good care of my dogs. You don’t have to worry about nicks or burns here. It’s our go-to place for grooming.

They were able to fit us in within days and Zeth did a wonderful job with my doodles! They’re larger dogs and neither of them love being groomed (or make it easy) but they both looked amazing after!! I especially appreciate that they took the time to work out their matting instead of just shaving down, as you typically see happening. Highly recommend! (post grooming pics attached - writing this a little over a week after our appointment and the doodles still look and smell great)

Stay as far away as you possibly can from this place. I dropped my yorkie off this morning and the last thought on my mind was his safety. When I walked back in the doors to pick him up, I was greeted with “I nicked his leg”. No one called me when this happened so that I could get my 4 lbs dog immediate medical care, so no telling how long he was in pain. He then proceeded to carry my 4 lbs dog by his neck, not the scruff on the back of his neck, his actual throat to the front of the facility to show me the horrific scene even closer. I had to rush him to the hospital where they performed emergency surgery on his leg. There is no way the man who “groomed” my dog is qualified to work for here. City of Mckinney, you have been warned. Stay away!

never bring your dogs here. I took my dog ​​on Sep 23 and I delivered him at 10:30 am at 2 they called me that he was ready, when I picked him up he had a very red eye, it seems that they cut him. I asked them what had happened to him and they told me to hand him over like this, that's a lie, my dog ​​is my son, I take care of him and I'm looking after him. If I had seen his eye like that before, I wouldn't take him to the grooming. I feel that they mistreat them, when they gave him to me he was trembling.

Took our husky to get trimmed and washed. My dog is a little annoying (doesn’t sit still, well at least not with me, maybe I’m the problem? Who knows really at this point. Am I push over?) She came out smelling and looking good! Service was excellent! People there are friendly and actually take the time to get to know your pet. She smelled so good for weeks! She stayed clean and very white! Loved this
