(from Google)My Moon was taken care of so well and we didn’t walk out with an astronomical bill. They were keeping me informed the entire time and very sympathetic. She broke her leg and will have to have it amputated but they were so good to her. Can’t thank them enough!
I live in VT and was referred to VESH by our local vet. The wait was long, but understandable and expected due to the triage scenario. There were ample knowledgeable staff, who kept me updated while my dog was being kept comfortable awaiting an ultrasound. I was extremely satisfied with how thorough the care was and how her condition was explained to me. I was lucky enough to bring her home and I was given a detailed explanation of the next steps and how to care for her after bringing her home. I felt like she was in good hands during our visit. Also, I was amazed at the variety of animals (iguana, ferret, guinea pigs along with tons of cats and dogs) that came through while I was there. It seems they run a very efficient practice. Bunny is back on the mend.
I had a very sick one year old bearded dragon. I can’t even tell you the number of places I called to see if they would take bearded dragons and they didn’t. I was so happy when a coworker of mine recommended this place. They returned my call quickly and got us in the next day. The whole process took a little over a hour and They were great with Loki . He is felling much better and I cannot thank them enough. My bearded dragons are my world and I don’t know what I would’ve done if I lost Loki I would’ve been devastated.
Everyone was very nice, professional, and took great care of my dog. They explained everything and went over all costs before doing anything, which was helpful since it is very expensive. The Doctors knew just what my dog needed and after one night stay he was ready to come home to recuperate. It was a very positive experience.
All of the people working at West Springfield VESH from the desk, vet tech and vet were absolutely wonderful and caring. We had no concerns leaving our Peanut overnight for the treatment she needed, we knew she would be well taken care of. They were receptive and informative when we called in the evening for an update as well as in their text the next day. While we expected that emergency care would be expensive, we NEVER expected to pay the deposit, then get a refund on some of the deposit when we returned to pick her up due to a lower cost than expected. This gave me faith that they are an honest business, doing what they are doing for the good of the animals and the community who needs them. I would recommend them 100%.
