(from Google)We went in to the hospital overnight for our dog that had an emergency. We have now decided to move our dog to this Veterinary Clinic for good. Amazing staff and they helped us out. Very grateful for them and their amazing staff that took care of our fur baby. I can’t write into words how grateful and thankful for these amazing people they have there. 100% recommend them..!
We recently had to bring our 8-year-old male Weimaraner in for an emergency neutering. While we had a great experience with the emergency services, our experience with the surgery team was even more exceptional. Kiley was absolutely wonderful, from clearly explaining the procedure to personally calling afterward to update me on how well the surgery went. Maxx struggles with severe anxiety, but she made him feel incredibly comfortable and ensured all of his needs were met. Kiley’s compassion, professionalism, and communication made me feel completely at ease. I would feel more than comfortable bringing Maxx back for care anytime, especially knowing he would be in her hands. 10/10 service—truly the best veterinary care we’ve received for any of our animals.
Loved the veterinarians there. Very helpful and explained everything to me even when I didn’t understand. Made me feel comfortable and my children. We thought our dog would have to be put down but with being only 2 we decided to give him a chance and sooo glad we did! The vet never offered it but his surgery was going to be expensive. And they worked with us on that too. Now one specific vet tech didn’t have a good attitude at all! Was rude and told me we should put my dog down in front of my 10 and 6 year old! When the vet never mentioned that route. Also told me he was suffering but when I asked be vet he said no. She has one eye with white lashes and the other black eye lashes. Her bed side manner is very rude and snippy! The front desk people are extremely friendly also! Other than that rude vet tech I would recommend this vet clinic.
When my favorite cat, SquishyFace, started to show signs of sick I thought it to be the same thing as her aunt (whohad gotten into something that upset her stomach and received shots). Only she was much worse; feeling she wasn't going to make it over the 4 day weekend I was directed here on Christmas Eve. As with any ER it was based on "who's worse is seen 1st" so we waited 3 or so hrs. Upon being seen I cant express enough how caring the Dr and his staff are!! They had had a busy day but treated us like we were the first of the day. They didnt sugar coat but also delieverd the worst news I've had to date with care and compassion. They were certain to tell me that Squishy's condition (feline icarus) was not my fault and nothing i could've done would have made it any different. The doctor himself was the one who laid down the prognosis, what could be done, expense, and possible outcome(all of which weren't good). They gave SquishyFace and I as much time as we needed to say goodbye. Even though its somewhat still a blur (my mind is still protecting itself) I recalled being offered a clip of her hair and ashes. I declined those but said yes to her lil ink pawprint. Not only did I get the paws but also two of her little whiskers and mouth. I hugged the vet tech for being so wonderful. It is pricey (aren't all vets) but the people there...they are truly kind, compassionate, non-condescending, and went beyond any vets and vet techs I've ever come in contact with. Skip the Bmt Animal Er take your furbabies here!! Worth the $, worth the drive, worth everything!!
The doctors and nurses were incredible. They took amazing care of Bailey and treated her with genuine compassion. We truly trusted the medical team, and they did an outstanding job during a very scary time for us. That said, the front desk experience was unacceptable. We were repeatedly told that everything was paid in full. The very next day, the credit was given back to us with no clear explanation. When Bailey returned again for her shot, we were then told we owed money — despite being assured multiple times that the balance was already settled. The front desk clearly did not know what was going on. The lack of communication and consistency caused unnecessary stress while we were already dealing with a medical emergency for our dog. No pet owner should have to question billing or be given conflicting information while worrying about their pet’s life. The medical staff deserves praise, but the front desk seriously needs better training, organization, and accountability. This experience took away from what should have been an otherwise excellent clinic.
