(from Google)The vet herself is great. However when i moved and needed vet records sent to my new vet, they ghosted me. I emailed 3 times. My new vet emailed and i even called. Hopefully going in person yields better results. Pretty disappointed though.
Always good experiences. Loving towards the animals, reasonable prices, friendly staff. It takes some time to get an appt but if it's serious I can go elsewhere in the meantime. Had one bad experience with a receptionist 2 or 3 years ago but she's no longer there.
Brought my dog to one of there vaccine clinics and it was great. They got him in within 10 minutes of the appointment time and he surprisingly did good as he is a big scaredy-cat about everything. Great price great customer service all around perfect
I brought my cat (Max) here since he was a kitten and highly recommend this clinic. Last time I was there Karen went above and beyond helping me make an appointment, scanning my paperwork in, etc. I was nervous switching vets but she put me at ease from the getgo. She had a TON of patience and answered all of my annoying questions! 🤪 The entire staff seems to really care about the animals which is super important to me when it comes to my baby’s care 🐈⬛ lol. I recommend and give this place 5 ⭐️’s!
Rescued a Yorkie that was already being seen here so we decided to utilize the spray and neuter clinic. The online registration process and text updates were convenient. The day of the surgery we received all the follow up care information in an easy to watch video. The surgery went well and every dog that was leaving the clinic that day seemed calm and well taken care of under their care.
