Luna Bar and Grill Downtown

Went in for lunch today with my wife, got seated ordered drinks and food. Watched 5 more tables get sat in a 30 minute window and watched them get their food while we were still waiting. Asked the server to check on our order, she came back and said give us 5 minutes. 20 minutes later still no food, asked again and got the attitude of a pissed off toddler. The host was great the manager was great , the food I have no idea we left and ate somewhere else!!

I had a very concerning experience with this restaurant. My friend and I ordered food last night, and about an hour after eating, he began feeling unwell. Within two hours, he was vomiting and remained sick throughout the night. Because of this, I chose not to eat my meal out of concern for my own health. I returned the next day to request a refund for the uneaten food, explaining the situation. Unfortunately, the general manager refused the refund and also declined to come out and speak with me directly, which I found very unprofessional given the seriousness of the situation. I understand that things can happen, but I expected better customer service and accountability. This experience has made me question the food safety and customer care at this establishment.

Would give 6 stars if it was available. excellent food and service at a fair price. The Steak was absolutely amazing cooked just right bathed in a delicious sauce. The tuna (while not the freshest) was complimented with some tasty sauce and that made up for it. Green beans and fries were both delicious as well.

phenomenal food, great atmosphere. husband and i loved it. BEST s&a dip i've EVER had in my 23 years of life boy ill tell ya. drinks were STRONG and delish, and staff were friendly. even music going on next door! i'd come back to louisiana just to eat here again.

We ate at the bar to skip the wait and the drinks food and band were fabulous. Love the food it was delicious and staff was super too!
