Great selection of pet food and supplies. Really good coupons and reward program. So happy a location opened near the village of Hamburg

The staff is always very pleasant at this store. My cashier, Makenna, was very kind and let me stock up on crickets even though I walked in a couple minutes after close. She absolutely didn't have to do it, but she did anyways. My chameleon appreciates it!

This is the second time we’ve taken our golden doodle to get groomed here. Once at the Hamburg location, and now the milestrip. Both times EXTREMELY disappointed. Our dog has come back looking the exact same. We ask for a trim for winter, not summer short, but short enough, and they literally do nothing. Plus it’s $150. We will NEVER come back or recommend pets supplies plus to anyone.

This place has gone downhill from staff that lacks knowledge and experience to service and prices. The rates are ridiculously overpriced for the poor quality of work. Kaylie can’t even brush our dog and would rather shave her completely. While cashing out cashiers don’t even have the decency to simply ask how your day is.

Appointments are quick and easy. Prices for grooming are very reasonable. They are very good with nervous dogs. Love Courtney
