(from Google)This is what a 12-hour Band-Aid change looks like done here, and it’s not the first time! My dog broke her paw about 3 months ago, and I have been bringing her over here. Despite the fact that they have messed up with my appointments’ time, location, and bad Band-Aid replacements on previous visits, this time it came down to an even worse experience. Yesterday morning, I brought my dog for a Band-Aid replacement, and this is what it looks like in less than 12 hours after. My dog has not been trying to touch the Band-Aid ever! When I came back this morning, in the very first 10 minutes after they opened, they said they couldn’t do anything or take her for the day. All I asked for was to add a longer strip of tape because the one they put on didn’t even do a loop around the dog’s leg. The receptionist made this way harder than it should, completely didn’t listen to what I was saying and asking, and kept repeating you gotta take her to our Washington location… I said I am leaving her in there and will pick her up after I come back from work later today. A procedure that shouldn’t take longer than 5 minutes became a burden leading to leave it there from 7:40am-5pm. On top of that they wanted to charge me for that bandaid fix! lol Unreasonable!
The Vet and Vet technicians are very helpful and compassionate. The vet provide a thorough exam of my pup and provided helpful information. I would have given 5 stars but the receptionist was unpleasant. She clearly didnt want to be interacting with me.
The veterinarians and vet techs are really great. I rarely feel like they're rushing me and they take my concerns about my dog and cat seriously. The reason for 3 stars are the receptionists. If you can avoid it, do not ever call the office. They do not know how to answer questions, they do not try to understand your questions and they are almost always rude about it. I've been seeing this vet for the past 4 years and it's been this way with the receptionists the entire time.
I truly don’t have the words to express how grateful I am for Dr. Brown. She saved my dog’s life, and during one of the most terrifying moments I’ve ever experienced, she showed an extraordinary level of compassion and empathy. She treated my dog as if he was her own and treated me with so much kindness, patience, and understanding. She took the time to explain every step, and brought comfort to my dog when he needed it most. You can feel that her care comes straight from the heart. I will forever be thankful to Dr. Brown and the amazing staff, and I trust her with my dog’s life without hesitation. Thank you for taking such great care of my dog.
The Veterinarians and Technicians here are phenomenal. They are kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They are always so good with my pups. The reason for the three star is the receptionist. Every single time I have had to interreact with her, it is quite unpleasant. She seems to be even worse on the phone than in person. I have been hesitant to write a review, because I wanted to give her some grace, thinking maybe she was just having a bad day/week/month. I have now interacted with her many times, over the course of a couple years I think, and every time its the same. She rushes conversations, seeming to try to end the interaction as quick as possible. Her tone is regularly very unfriendly/annoyed, and when I'm asking generalized questions, she has straight up ignored, or not really acknowledged what I am saying. She may be good at the book keeping part of her job, but definitely not the customer facing part.
