(from Google)the best groomer in the city!! i’ve been taking my sweet little frenchie here for almost 2 years now. we specially see claudio and he takes such special care of her. claudio is always so thrilled to see her when i drop her off and she leaves smelling delicious 😊 can’t recommend urbann dogg & claudio enough!!!!
Urban Dogg Wash Park has been our go-to groomer for several years, and we couldn't be happier. Like with any great grooming relationship, it took a couple of visits to really nail down the exact cut we wanted for Emma. Once we did, they have been incredibly consistent ever since. This week, Emma saw Parker, and it went really well. She came out looking beautiful and perfectly groomed. Just as importantly, she was clearly happy and comfortable. The team is professional, patient, and genuinely cares about the dogs they work with. I highly recommend them!
They did so well with my 6 month old Pom, Bear! It was our first time and his first groom and he didn’t even notice I was there when I came to get him because he was so comfortable! I also think it shows integrity that they applied a new customer discount that I saw advertised beforehand, without me even asking about it. He has the perfect trim and feels so much much better without knotted fur! I can’t remember our groomers but it started with an A and she had fabulous nails! 😊
Went in for a nail trimming walk-in on a Tuesday Morning, was out in about 15minutes. Which is such a big jump forward for my dog, he’s a nervous stressed out wrecked when taking him to the groomers and I’ve tried to be consistent with the groomers but he just wasn’t having it. This business has friendly, efficient staff, Yolanda was helpful in checking us in and quickly setting up an account with them. And Claudio was friendly towards my dog and handled him very well, the proof in the happiness when leaving and the lack of “clickity-clack” against the floor. Will definitely be back, and will also bring my cat in for future grooming needs. Thank you!
EDIT: My husband went to pick my dog up at 12:15, did your security cameras show that he didn’t actually leave with our dog until almost 1? You respect our time yet we had to wait 30+ minutes on top of the 4.5 hours my dog was already there. Mind you, we could’ve booked the groom days earlier but we waited for your “doodle groomer” specifically to ensure we got someone that was experienced with their complex coat. Maybe you should follow up with your staff, as the groomer called with an update and said she was “sluggish”. I don’t appreciate being gaslit, a simple apology would’ve sufficed. If you took the time to review through your security camera footage, you should’ve sat down with the groomer and inquired on what exactly “sluggish” means and how that can be misconstrued to owners. You have no idea the medical history of my dog, or any dogs for that matter, so making comments like that is very unprofessional without context to support it. I petsit for many dogs in the neighborhood, with owners that once gave raving reviews of your establishment. Lately I’ve noticed they’ve all moved on to different groomers, but wasn’t sure why. It’s very clear now! Does this clear up the “gone downhill”??? I’ll be sure to share this experience & your poor response with future clients. See attached photos! ORIGINAL: Scheduled specifically with a doodle-specialized groomer and got a hack job. My dog was there for 5 hours and the cut is super choppy and not done well at all. Also said my dog was “sluggish”?? What does that even mean?? I’ve gone to other groomers and paid significantly less and got a way better groom, and my dog was only there for 2 hours… seems like this place has really gone downhill
