The Puppy Store Vineyard

Puppies were adorable! One staff member was a little friendly, but the other two were not. My daughter and I came in to play with a puppy for some fun. We picked an adorable Pomeranian to play with. The puppy was surprisingly difficult to manage and needed toys which were not initially provided to play with so it would stop attacking our hands and feet. My daughter could not hold it because it was too hyper. I was excessively scratched on my hand and neck. I asked for a toy and vocalized how I had been scratched. One of the employees rudely threw a small spiked ball that the puppy had no interest in. My daughter was too scared to hold the puppy. We found out he had just barely arrived that day and obviously its nails needed trimming. Ugh. Pretty much paid $10 to get all scratched up.

I’ve been looking for a puppy for quite some time now. My family and I decided to stop in while on vacation and I ended up leaving with a puppy! One worker, Rebecca was so beyond amazing. She was able to help me tremendously with the adoption process and was quick since we were on a time crunch. The staff made sure to bathe my puppy, cut his nails and clean his ears before I left. I am thrilled. I have nothing but amazing things to say about both the store and the staff!

This store is so clean and cute. It had such a wide selection of puppies and it really seems like the puppies are well cared for. The staff helped us to know what puppies would be a good fit. They were so helpful and kind. I am think this would be an amazing place for anyone to get a puppy. Highly recommend!!

If I could leave 10 stars I would!! The staff were so amazing willing to help with all questions and knew each puppy so well! The vibes were bright and happy, you could tell the puppies are well cared for. Super clean inside! If you're thinking of getting a puppy I'd pick this place hands down. Thank you for such a great experience.
