Traverse Mountain Pet Care

The staff and vets at Traverse Mountain Pet Care were phenomenal. They did everything they could to make things welcoming and easy. I appreciate them being able to answer questions and explain procedures, I also appreciate how knowledgeable the vet was. It is very reasonably priced for the services that they provide.

I honestly can't say enough incredible things about my experience here. I recently inherited 2 kittens. One is in pretty rough shape. The vet and tech that helped us was so kind, personable & helpful. I'm so grateful for how wonderful they were to my sweet Lucy! I have to say it was excellent from the call to make the appointment until then end. I'm so happy they were my first call. Thank you to the wonderful people that we interacted with today and for helping Lucy start the road to recovery. I appreciate you!

Super grateful for this place. We recently moved to the area and our senior dog's health took a turn for the worse. They took us in like we have always gone there and were so helpful and supportive in his care for both us and him. We made the difficult decision to put him down and they could not have been more supportive and kind through the whole process. Dr. Bresnahan was so amazing and even took time to call us when we were at home so unsure what to do. The staff was fabulous and so helpful. The office is ran so well, if I could give more stars I would. You guys are so great, thank you for everything!

This is a wonderful, detail-attentive, heart-driven and incredibly organized vet office. Honestly 5 star review for sure! They helped our dog when he was having significant struggles -- our vet called two separate times during her own busy week to double check on our sweet doggo's progress. The office managers were above and beyond efficient and organized. One of them had been managers for 8 years -- so she knows the ins-and-outs and you can certainly tell. So far, each vet tech we interacted with was also so caring and attentive to our dog.

It makes me so sad to be writing this review under these circumstances but Traverse Mountain Pet Care is the most outstanding place I have ever taken my dogs. We unfortunately had to put down our dog of 15 years due to age and quality of life factors. They were gracious and kind throughout the whole process. Each staff member we interacted with had compassion and gave us as much time we needed to say our goodbyes. It was honestly the best experience that could have happened everything considering. I miss my dog so much but I’m glad that we had Traverse Mountain’s support during this time. They also sent us a card in the mail following everything that happened. I hope that no one else has to go through this process but if you do, I highly recommend them. They were more than kind with fair prices and outstanding care, thank you to the staff that helped us say goodbye to Russell
