I highly recommend Banfield at Señorial Plaza in Puerto Rico and want to share my excellent experience. I rescued a dog, one of many abandoned in Puerto Rico, and needed to get his travel papers to bring him with me to the United States. I looked at several veterinary clinics and, fortunately, I found Banfield… wow, thank goodness! I went there because I needed the travel certificate for my puppy, and that’s when they told me about the plans they offer. Without hesitation, I enrolled my rescued puppy. The service was excellent; truly a top-notch veterinary clinic. I want to highlight this because nowadays good customer service is hard to find, but at Banfield, everyone is kind and very helpful. My puppy received his first vaccines and necessary medications. They also prepared the certificate so he could travel with me to the United States, and now I can use Banfield anywhere in the country, which is a huge help. Regular check-ups, vaccinations, and vet visits included in the plan have been absolutely incredible. Banfield Puerto Rico has exceeded my expectations so much that when I return to Puerto Rico, I will definitely go there to have my dogs cared for, and for any future rescues, I will enroll them in Banfield at Señorial Plaza without hesitation, because they truly provide exceptional service.

always very attentive & make my dog feel comfortable whenever we go! the staff is very nice & understanding (they don’t add extra diagnoses or prescriptions). i have a pitbull and most places don’t make it as welcoming as they do, love it here & don’t plan on changing vets anytime soon!
