BARK Dog Daycare, Boarding & Grooming

This is by far the best dog daycare and boarding facility that we have ever used. They love and care for the dogs like family. Our Great Dane gets so excited on daycare days. We have also boarded her here. She usually gets depressed and loses some weight when she was boarded elsewhere, but not here! She was comfortable and spoiled. She did great!

Absolutely love BARK Daycare! Shep has been going there for over a year now and loves it! Heather is so caring and loving and great at keeping us updated on what our little man is doing. Not only does he go there for Daycare but Grooming too. Could not think of taking Shep anywhere else.

We love BARK for their boarding and daycare. My two puppies have gone to day care and we just boarded them for 5 days. They love going and can’t wait to get inside to play. All the dogs that use the daycare or are boarded are temperament tested which is reassuring to us and insure us that they will have a safe and fun experience. The pups went to daycare a few times before they were boarded that way it was not too stressful for them and when we came back they were happy and not stressed. We also love the pictures we get during their stay. It honestly feels like they are just visiting family. We highly recommend them for your fur babies .

Our Dalmation has been coming to Bark Dog Daycare for over a year. We have also boarded her overnight. She is a high energy breed & needs a lot of playtime. Her behaviour issues have resolved thru lots of quality playtime, exercise, and love from the staff. I appreciate that a brief visit to judge temperament of each pet is required before boarding/daycare. It shows the owner and staff put the well being and safety of our pets first. On another note: If you failed to plan in advance for overnight boarding, that shouldn't reflect your rating of a business. They have policies in place for a reason. Same as, any kennel will require proof of up to date vaccinations. The temperament test is just another safety measure put in place by a knowledgeable business owner. Heather puts A LOT of time and love into this daycare. She always has seasonal pictures and parties for the doggies. Jolene is always excited to arrive and runs straight to Heather. And, best of all, she's a tired puppy when she gets home. The staff are also very loving. We have even had one staff member house and night time dog sit for us while on vacation.

I adopted my 3 month old beagle mix in Sept ‘21. She was scared, had severe separation anxiety, and needed social interaction with other dogs and people. I contacted BARK and the owner/manager had my puppy visit, take a temperament test, and play with other dogs on a Saturday morning. The actions and behavior of my insecure, frightened little dog were noted, and the owner/manager allowed her to attend daycare on Saturday mornings. She gained trust and confidence with the help of the knowledgeable, caring, and loving staff at BARK. She has blossomed into a well-adjusted, confident, and loving little dog. She absolutely loves BARK, and gets so excited to go play with her fur friends and staff at BARK 3 days a week. The owner/manager puts the dogs at BARK first! She and her staff focus on their safety, physical, emotional, and behavioral needs. I appreciate that the requirements at BARK includes ONLY dogs that have been temperament screened and have attended the day program, can be boarded. This is just another way that the dogs are always put first… their safety and comfort is essential at BARK! Thank you, Heather, and the staff of BARK! Basil & I love you!
