Woodcliff Park

Nice park ,good neighborhood, all new playground equipment, friendly atmosphere.

Would be 5 stars if we had any swings. Other than that, it is a beautiful place with lots of stuff for kids to explore and use their imagination.

Park needs to be updated big time. Lots of rust all over play area. Broken plastic globe look out area is covered up on one side with plywood. However, you could still cut your hand on the broken globe side. Paint chipped though out equipment. Toddler area enclosed small slide unsafe as it goes straight down and my toddler hit head when it shot her out.

As my son is quite young I was glad to see that they had a part of the park also for little little kids as well he was quite able to do a good part of it by himself, the rest of the playground was also quite fascinating as there was lots to do from bridges to slides to more things to climb up and down.

The park is directly across the street from my family home. In 40 years, I have seen it transition from old metal playground equipment to newer modern swings slides and climbing structures with a sidewalk/walking track which is 1/4 of a mile in distance around the park perimeter. There is a baseball field and a basketball court as well as an exercise equipment area in a huge white sand box area. Big oak trees excellent for climbing or a photographic setting.access from Scenic Highway or Creighton Rd....benches strategically spaced along the track at good intervals.The playground is lit but could stand more lighting in some areas @ night...There are frequent dog walkers and they clean up after just as well as any other park and there are signs directing bagging up after your pet per city ordinance and posted no motor vehicles in park. Overall parking along street accommodates visitors.
