(from Google)Great fishing spot even if its slow.
Great place to walk your dog or take a nice walk along the dirt path. You never know what you will see in the lagoon . Lots of rattlesnakes so keep your eyes open.
Nice little sandy trail to walk the doggos. Street parking with views of the ocean. Doggy waste station for goodest boys and girls on leash. Stroller and handicap friendly - depending on the wheels. Its a loop trail, easy for kids and elders. Folks are fishing on the rocks. Very clean.
Great fishing spot. There are Halibut, sea bass and more. Best bait to use is live smelt but frozen sardines, frozen anchovies, and frozen squid also work, but the best bait is the smelt or ghost shrimp that are available to catch in the lagoon. Make sure to fish between tides as its dead fishing and your bait drifts too hard with the tide shift. If you want to go on the ocean side there is plenty of rock crabs and sand crabs for sea perch. Under the bridge is a very hard spot to fish fyi
Very nice beach. We enjoyed our short time here. Parking is available by the beach with fee. There’s a lagoon good for fishing and kayaks.
