(from Google)I recently brought my 10 month old puppy for a wellness exam with Dr. Raezer. She is so kind, knowledgeable and patient. Every employee we met during our appointment was very pleasant and sweet. I am so happy I decided to switch to Shelburne Vet Hospital and trust that they will take great care of my pup and keep her wellbeing as their priority.
I love Shelburne Vet. I tried a couple other vets around town first when I moved out here 1.5yr ago, and just hadn't found our fit. But once we came to Shelburne, it was an immediate feeling of comfort and the best fit for us from our first visit. Every experience with them has been positive and engaging with bot myself and my dog
The team at Shelburne Vet Hospital was so kind, compassionate, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. From the individual greeting us at the front desk, to the vet tech, to the doctor, every individual we encountered was so caring and made us feel so comfortable. They were transparent about our dogs condition, our options, and the costs associated, helping us make informed decisions about her care. We have a lot of past-vet trauma that we came into our first appointment with, and could have cried for how healing it was to meet this team and be able to trust our veterinary provider with our girl’s care again. Absolutely recommend, wholeheartedly!
I cannot say enough about my experience at Shelburne, especially how well they treated my cats and I. Dr. O took her time with them and answered any questions I have. The vet tech Catherine, is a 10 out of 10 human, she treated my cats like they were her own and made sure I had zero worries. I will be telling everyone pet owner about Shelburne Veterinary Hospital!!!!
My three boy bunnies, Mookie, Otis, and Theo, have been patients here for the past five years, and I want to share that this animal hospital cares so well for rabbits and other small animals, such as gerbils and guinea pigs. Also, they neutered all 3 of my boys at a reasonable price. All three of my bunnies have been neutered here. When I adopted Theo, my first bunny, he was already a patient here, so I decided to continue his care with this team. They have been seen by Dr. B and Dr. O over the years, and I am so grateful for the kindness, attentiveness, and expertise they have shown in caring for my bunnies. It is not common to find a rabbit-savvy vet in general, so I am very grateful to feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for here. I would absolutely recommend them to any bunny parents looking for care. I know that Dr. O is a small animal specialist. I not only think that is the coolest thing in the world, but it is also so lovely to have someone who truly lives and embodies the love for these special little guys. Dr. B has also been great. When I was a new bunny parent, I was afraid to pick up my bunnies. I knew they hated being picked up recreationally, but of course they need to be picked up sometimes for functional and emergency reasons. I remember voicing that fear to him, and he said to me, “Tell me more about that?” That was meaningful to me. I could tell he cared about us being a happy and sustainable family, and about understanding the whole package. I am moving, otherwise I would continue my care here, but I wanted to share my wholehearted recommendation for this practice.
