Ridgeside K9 Tampa

My dog had some issues with nipping hands and listening to my commands in general. Wasn’t sure what to do at first so we brought him to K9 Ridgeside for the full experience. My dog has made unbelievable improvements since we got him back. He is so much better on commands and we can have him around people without worrying. He is a completely different dog. I’m super happy with the results and will bring any future dog back for the same training. Thank you again! I would recommend this training for anyone struggling with their dog for any reason. We have also used the dog watching service when we go out of town and it’s awesome to know he is in such good hands while we are away.

5 STARS! Brent and Carleigh did an amazing job with our 6 year old German Shepherd, Talon. Not only did they coordinate pickup and drop off at locations of our choosing, answer all of our questions, addressed all of our concersn, but they also went above and beyond and provided daily updates and pictures/videos. We gave them a version of Talon who was reactive and anxious. The version of Talon we received was a well-trained and confident dog! Brent made sure to take the time to educate us on what proper management should look like. These hands-on lessons instilled myself, my husband and most importanly of all our son (Talon's owner) with the confidence to be the one in control. We could not be happier with the services provided by Bent and his team at Ridgeside K9!

Our 11month old rescue was just too much to handle for me and my husband. We knew he had the potential we just didn't have the skills necessary to help him reach his full potential. Cue Brent. There was a lot of behaviors we needed help with for our Sam and opted for the 3 week boarding and training and From pick up to updated to drop off it was a great experience. He was so thorough in explain everything to us before Sam left to daily updates with videos and pictures. Upon drop off he took time to explain everything to us answering questions walking around our neighborhood with him; he was patient and informative. He is knowledgeable and to the point which I appreciate that's exactly what we needed to help Sam and ourselves get the most out of this experience. It's been a week since we've had our Sam home and see such a difference . You do have to do the work and reinforce what Brent teaches but he laid a strong foundation which is exactly what we needed. He's also responsive to questions after the fach which is an added bonus and will be sharing additional references to us! I would recommend Ridgeside and Brent 10x over. Great experience for me and my family.

Very happy with my decision to send my puppy to Ridgeside k9. Brent and Carleigh are the best!! I did the 2 week all-inclusive puppy training and I am very happy with the results. They lay a great foundation with the puppy and then teach you the skills to maintain the good behavior. After my lab puppy came back from the initial 10-day board and train, he was crate trained, leash trained, and place trained. It made my life a lot easier. He just came back from the 2 week more intensive training and so far I am very happy with the results. I really appreciate the time Brent took to make sure I understood everything and was comfortable. I also felt like not only are they both excellent trainers, but I felt the love and care they gave my sweet, crazy boy!!

Our rescue Golden-doodle , Millie, spent 3 weeks with Kristin this month! Kristin was highly communicative and spent time learning about our goals for Millie during the training. She sent daily updates and pictures, I could tell how much Kristin cared for the dogs who are with her! Millie is a nervous dog, but came back with more confidence. She has not had one accident since returning and is obeying her commands we continue to work on. Kristin helped us set a solid foundation that we can easily continue to work on. She had a very thorough take home lesson for us and set us up for success. Thank you Kristin!
