What a nice park! It had plenty of space and a nice walking trail. It had a large playground. It seemed to have workout equipment up front by the entrance. There also was bikes to rent located near the restrooms. The entrance driving in I would say was narrow, other than that, we enjoyed it.

This is a Harlingen staple. A clean and family friendly park. It's lit up with Christmas lights on the holidays and it's a great place to take pictures. The trails, if you are adventurous enough and have the resiliency, can take you from one end of Harlingen to the other, ending your trek at the city library. Under bridges, following a small river, and full of nature.

Well, I came here last night for a nice strill. They fixed it up pretty well, very clean. Although I am not sure you can bbq out here, but you can picnic, they have tables and canopies you can use. Very well lit, nice place fir walking, running, bike, skateboard, it is a long trail. I wouldnt concider as a hije but a good trail to power walk or run, jog. Beautiful lights are very nice and calm. Very nice place to take a stroll or when they have even Blues on the Hill. Just seems like a very nice peaceful park and no traffic to worry about your kid running and getting hit. You can't take your vehicle down to the trail unless there is an event. Otherwise, good place for a stroll without thinking about traffic. Saw Carolyn Wonderland and Shelley King

My family and I absolutely love this park! Just a short drive from Treasure Hills the park covers +10 acres of land, running/cycling trail, has a playground for the kiddos, two cover picnic areas and several tables. Contains a rest room with water fountain. Great spot for all types of bikes, there are a few drops, and paths for hard trails and full suspension bikes.
