(from Google)Literally an aiptasia farm and now i have aptasia in my tank, thanks :) Gave me the wrong water and had a full tank crash when my salinity dropped to nothing with hundreds of dollars worth of fish gone to waste. Too paranoid so now I test and mix my own saltwater. Had too many fish die from here mysteriously with PERFECT water parameters😐, assuming it’s just a quality issue all around atp. And the funniest part is you’ll ask a staff member for advice (after having you waiting for half an hour for service), apply it to ur tank and when it doesn’t ever work you’ll come back and tell them what you did and the outcome and they’ll act like you’re an idiot for trying that when they’re literally the one who told you to do it. 🤦 They need to discuss their knowledge and decide what to tell their customers unitedly because every one of them says something different and disses on the methods you try when the method was literally one of their coworkers that came up with the idea.
I have been to the store twice before but never bought anything. I loved the shop as their collection is huge. Also, their price is very competitive. This year I wanted to take a risk and it paid off. I traveled almost 12 hours and the corals were in the pack for 25 hours. This is becuase i bought them the day before my travel. I thought they will not survive. But to my surprise all three survived. Loving them. I am giving them sometime before putting them back on a rock. Thanks 😊
I visited this store excited to buy more corals, fish, and equipment for my aquarium. I ended up spending around $800 and purchased two fish. One fish did great right away, but the Fiji Foxface looked stressed from the start and never showed interest in eating. After a couple of days, I noticed a spot on its mouth, and unfortunately after six days from the purchase the fish died I contacted the store hoping they might be able to help or at least offer some guidance, but I was told there was nothing they could do. They mentioned the fish had been in the store for two weeks and was doing fine there. I understand that sometimes fish don’t survive after being moved to a new tank, but I was disappointed that there was no willingness to help or even discuss the situation further, especially after spending a significant amount at the store. A little customer support or concern would have gone a long way.
What a great store the owner and staff couldn’t do enough for you, extremely helpful with all my questions. And the prices were great I have been to many fish stores but this one by far is the best. Thank you all for getting me excited about my salt water tank.
Absolutely awesome aquarium store. Everything you need and presented in a very classy way. A++ 10stars!
