omG. I feel so stupid. Thankfully **ra was top notch. I'm the dummy that came in to buy a frozen small rat this morning for my boy, Nugget, but didn't say frozen and walked out with a live little fellow. Thankfully I walked to the wrong bus stop and felt the box move before boarding a bus. Thank you so much **ra for your patience on the exchange. I sincerely apologize. Store was awesome!! Your willingness to deal with a dingbat customer first thing in the morning was appreciated. New customer here. :)

I will absolutely not shop here and would advise others to do the same. My daughter went in to get crickets and the guy working the register couldn’t take her form of payment due to the tap to pay not working. She had no problem with that but the guy was upset for her not being able to give him another form of payment and caught an attitude with her. I then entered the store purchased the crickets. I ask for his name and people gave him mine. I let him know that I had another form of payment and he didn’t have to speak to my daughter in that manner. He promptly told me to get out of his store for trespassing (after making a purchase) and began verbally insulting me. I kept my cool and and continued to try and reason with him but he continued calling me out of my name. This business owner is ok with disrespect your children over a simple transaction and then disrespect me for not tolerating that behavior towards my child. Calling me out my name and using racial slurs is not ok !!! I will not ever shop here again and I will be sure my family and friends do the same. We can’t allow this behavior in our community.

Cute little shop with a very knowledgeable staff. They were very willing to engage with me in talk me through what my best options were with my current setup. Loved the selection, but quite a few of the species are not for sale. I didn't talk ask about special orders, but that might be a thing they do. The only reason I give it four instead of five stars is just the size. You may not find everything you need because they have only so much space.

Friendly staff and good selection of different sized live mice. I got my daughter a beautiful albino king snake from here and she was healthy and is a great addition to our family. Update: we got another snake baby from here and he is so cute!

Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and helpful for all your reptile and amphibian accessories. Even finding arachnids and scorpions 🦂 are in good behavior. Such a fun place for people to bring their children to educate them about the animals in the world. I used to pick up food for our snakes growing up and visiting the store with my mom, I fell in love with the name and projected lifestyle to make it worth the trip.
