I believe pets are much more comfortable being groomed in their own familiar environment than going somewhere unfamiliar. I’m so mad after their grooming service. The back side of head is so flat. It’s not even close. I asked them trim a little bit but they texted me Kevin(my dog’s name) is matted and cut down little shorter and turned out they shaved Kevin. Kevin is a bichon and I would pay extra dematting cost. They didn’t even ask me. They noticed me afterwards. It’s not only poor grooming but also horrible service. Look at my dog.
