The absolute best vet care in town - hands down. We are new to the area and had a bad experience at the first vet we tried. Empire Ranch has been phenomenal since our first visit and I highly recommend them to anyone. My dog can get VERY anxious but Empire Ranch staff are always so consistently patient and understanding with him, working hard to put him at ease and make him more comfortable. I was so impressed that they took the time to reach out to me and make sure my dog was still doing okay after a long day at their office. They are always willing to answer my many follow up questions and they take their time explaining everything until I feel comfortable. The prices are very reasonable too. It’s such a relief to have a vet you can trust and they definitely work hard to earn the trust of you and your pet! Highly recommend them especially for any anxious pets. They’re in good hands here!

This vet has been a dream come true for our aging husky. They are responsive when we have questions and always have openings. They were thorough with our dog and explained all of our options and how much each would cost. Highly recommend.

Our great Pyrenees got very sick over the weekend, and we came to Empire Ranch for the first time. All I can say is wow, what an amazing staff. MJ was 120lbs and not mobile, so they came to the car to see her. Lauren was amazing with her, and so was the vet. Unfortunately we made the hard call to help her pass with peace and dignity. When we can even fathom a new pet, Empire Ranch will be our new vet. Thank you guys for helping us, and loving her. The sundae was the best thing you could have done, she loved peanut butter.

We were traveling with our terminally ill dog and he took a turn for the worse. We made the decision to euthanize him and they got us in on a walkin basis that same day. They provided us with a beautiful room furnished in an inviting comfortable way, offering freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and treats for our boy, a nice rug and dog bed and plenty of time to say good bye. It was difficult time made as comfortable as possible, even offering us refreshments. The friendly staff were caring and supportive. They also provided cremation services that included a beautiful cedar wood box and thoughtfully executed paw print with name. Every pet owner needs access to services this exceptional when it’s time to bid farewell to a beloved pet.
