VEG ER for Pets

Ive never been in an emergency situation with a pet. I felt absolutely horrible and didn't know what to do. Dr. and staff were incredibly supportive. A staff member never left our dog's side and it was so nice to remain with our little guy the whole time and know everything going on. I'm really thankful we ended up there. And thankful for their support.

Thank you to Tina and Dr. Colin for the compassion and care you provided to my chinchilla, Trippy. I was very stressed about how sick she was, but I felt confident she was receiving excellent care with your team.

On their first day open we brought our border collie mix in at 10:45pm for an injured back leg. Melinda and Izzie immediately welcomed us and started performing intake. Andrea was very patient with our dog, who is a bit reactive to being examined, when attempting to take her vitals. Dr. Farris was incredibly kind and understanding. She kept us updated throughout the night as she made her rounds to other pet patients. After pain injections and sedation, the team did a great job of handling our girl and getting her the x-rays and additional care she needed. Nikki was wonderful in reassuring us as the team took x-rays of our girl. The team was very patient and understanding in approaching our reactive dog and getting her the help she needed. We loved the open layout of the clinic as it provided a safe and comfortable atmosphere for our girl. They took our concerns into consideration and worked alongside us to get our dog to cooperate as best as possible. Overall, we are very happy with the care we received at VEG Arrowhead. We just brought in a hurt stray cat. They immediately took her into their care. The staff was so kind and empathetic. They truly care about animals here.

This was the most heart warming emergency pet vet I have ever been too. The staff was truly amazing, full of love and heart. They were willing to work with us by any means necessary to take care of our pup Ash, since Ash had an allergic reaction to something causing face, snout, eye swelling and hives across her body, leading to trouble breathing and they rushed to treat her truly making her feel better, getting her on the road to recovery. This is a place I can say with all my heart they have taken the vow to do everything in their power to care for your pets, making the health of your pet the first priority unlike most today that focus on the money over your pets health and well-being, this place wears their heart on their sleeve first. They have options even for payments if needed and quality through CareCredit, Scratch, Affirm which you can do as well and they will do everything they can to help you and work with you. I feel this is a place that deserves the up most respect and acknowledgement for what a modern day vet should be, so huge thank you to all here who helped our pup Ash. Even during my time here, other people had come in with their pets and the staff responded so quickly, handling every person and pets needs specifically, tending to the person and their pet, provided them with private rooms, comfort, even offering bottle water and snacks to the customers and myself, just making the overall experience such a relief. I highly recommend anyone experiencing anything with they pets and needing help, to just get them here asap, but do pray everyone's pets never need too
