Players Grille - Brooklyn

Located in the lower level of a hotel so during the day mid-week was very quiet but because of that, the food came out hot, fast and really good. We were the only table in there on this day so the server/bartender was very attentive. Prices were reasonable. The Cuban sandwich and Club sandwich was really good.

Went here to celebrate my birthday last night and customer service was awesome. Happy hour prices are pretty good. .99 wings Wednesday. I will definitely be back.

Rome says the Cuban is delicious and the fries are very. The Cuban is normally $15.99 on the menu but thank goodness it is Tuesday so it is on special for $8.99. The place is pretty nice but there are advertisements for Blue Moon everywhere and they have plenty of liquor and beer. But of course the one thing that I want is a blue moon and they do not have that. The bartender was very competent and good at her job. The patrons were very quiet but the Jaguars won last night so that's okay.

So wanted this to be a good experience, as I am a homeowner in the area and was excited to have a sports bar nearby. Our community held an HOA meeting in the hotel today and a couple of us decided to try out the Grille. I'm hoping the kitchen was just having a bad one off night! We started with the cauliflower bites, they came out quick AND barely warm, we left the big pieces because they were cold inside. I then ordered a caesar salad with wings, I took one bite from the salad and I was done, the lettuce was drenched in dressing and the lettuce was soft and wilted as if the dressing had been on it for a while. Then I get my wings, the flavor was good, they were barely warm and out of the 10 count of wings, I get the part of the wing that doesn't get eaten, as seen in the photo. We didn't make any complaints, because we were at the bar and the one that was good was the bartender and the drinks she made. So we just paid the bill and left the food.

On a Saturday (5pm) and our party of 5 was seated immediately. Once word gets out I think they will get more business. The food was fresh and very tasty. Our waitress was attentive and patient. The watermelon margarita was light tasting but strong love it. They offer a nice variety during happy hour. I will visit again. Laid back with a great playlist.
