I purchased grooming tools and dog accessories, and the staff helped me compare different options based on durability and price. One leash I bought had a weak clasp, which I only noticed after returning home. When I went back, they replaced it without any argument. The shop can get crowded near the billing area, but the staff remains calm even during busy hours. That made the experience more comfortable.

I brought my dog in yesterday for her very first spa day, and I was kind of torn on how I wanted her groomed, but both of the ladies there were very helpful and made her look so precious💜 my family is very satisfied with how well they took care of pickles, she came out a completely different dog! I trusted them with my fur baby and they did not disappoint! We will definitely be bringing her in more often! Definitely recommend this place for sure! before & after pictures posted!😊

I’ve brought my pups here for years to be groomed. They do an outstanding job with all my pups and I appreciate the love, care, detail they give to each pup. They are top notch in my book.

Love this place. As an over the road driver I was able to wash and dry my dogs! Very clean and friendly.
