I love this store because it is very convenient, the employees are great!! They have the best price in town for Science Diet dog food and they offer coupons to save even more. This establishment has a team that actually cares and they have the answers to your questions and they want to help you unlike some places I’ve been. It is very hard to find great employees and this store is on point. The El Camino/Bay Area location in Clear Lake is the greatest and I will continue to shop there.

I just purchased some food for my sick puppy and it was raining hard. Connor was incredibly helpful! He helped me check if her food was in stock o er the phone twice and brought it to the front counter for me. He also walked me to my car when there weren’t any customers needing to be checked out. He delivered beyond amazing customer service! I will be back here to purchase all my pet food! Just because of the amazing customer service I received today!

I started being mindful that buying everything in Amazon hurts private business owners. So I make an effort to shop here a lot of options for my pets/ fur babies. People are friendly. Support, local business

Jennifer who is their Canine Behavioralist Animal Trainer is OUTSTANDING. One of the best in the region. If you are looking to train your dog, make them more sociable, GO HERE. Jennifer’s energy is infectious, her knowledge is incredible, her compassion is amazing and her results?? OFF THE CHARTS. They have inexpensive group classes and privates available. Do it not just for you but for your dog. My Inga is half Husky, half Eskie, and she has improved leaps and bounds, she’s focus, and the light in her eyes is very intentional now. She is gaining awareness that wasnt there before and its thanks to JENNIFER!!! GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE AND PROMOTION! SHE’S OUTSTANDING!!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌 thank you Jennifer from Rebekah and Inga

TAYLOR is the BEST pup groomer in all the land. I followed her from their Pasadena location. She has been grooming Austin 🐶 for a while now. He is a Shih Tzu/Poodle mix. He is the sweetest boy you’ll ever meet but he has high anxiety. He is a rescue so I’m not sure of his past. I called around looking for a groomer and when I connected with Taylor, she took the time to answer every single question I had. She explained techniques to me and reassured me. She never once rushed to get me off the phone. There was no expectation for Austin the first time I brought him in. Taylor has successfully managed to build a rapport over the span of his appointments. She is patient with him. She doesn’t push him. She takes pride in her profession. Austin deserves to look like the dapper boy that he is! We are so grateful that we found Taylor 🐾 💙 🐶 HIGHLY RECOMMEND (He needed a groom in photo but just showing you how stinkin’ cute he is)
