Vital Animal Veterinary Clinic

Arik was SO SO very helpful on the phone. We talked for about 10 minutes, and he took his time to explain the costs and everything associated with my pets care. I havent even taken my pets in yet, but with the care I got on the phone I know my pets will be in good hands!

Had my first visit with Dr. Lisa today. We had the best experience and she was super knowledgeable and very helpful. Her staff was also amazing. We will for sure be going back :)

Only vet I'll trust with our reptiles and now our dogs too. They got us in same day after another well known vet treated our beardie twice and still no improvement. They started him on a different treatment for a different condition and what do you know, immediately saw improvement. We transferred our dogs over too now. Quote for a dental at the other place was around $700-800+ but here is was almost half! Much more reasonable pricing overall but owning pets is expensive in general.

I called Vital vet clinic in a panic earlier this year because my hedgehog, Quinn, was having a prolapse. The got me in the next day and the staff were so incredibly kind. I unfortunately got the news that Quinn had cancer, but the vet and staff were amazing at communicating my options and walking me through what to do. They gave me 2 more pain free weeks with my little guy, and I got to soak in memories with him. I ended up having to put him to sleep and the staff were amazing with that too. They gave me his paw prints and some of his quills and I am so sad that I don't remember the name of this staff member but they were so amazing with Quinn and made me feel better despite the situation. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone with exotics. I felt like the pricing was super reasonable as well, and everybody was great.

We called a lot of places trying to get someone who would be willing to look at our Guinea Pig and they were the only ones who took the time to listen and allow us to schedule an appointment for the next business day! We brought the one in and they confirmed all was well and even was willing to look at our second one the same day - just to be sure. A little background - we lost one unexpected earlier this year - mainly because no one would help... Had we known about Vital at the time, I'm thinking we may have had a different outcome. Anyway, the Guineas do not live around here but were coming to visit and the first one was sneezing so we were worried! They took the time to listen, eased our concerns and made us feel at ease. Highly recommend!
