ABC Clínica Veterinaria (Animal Best Care)

After getting ripped off from Pet Smarts Banfield clinic in Rio Hondo, just for shots, paid practically nothing to get my kitten spayed. Profession people like crystal and Christian, very nice and super cheap prices. Clean. Won't go anywhere else! Love them!!!

You love your pet and you want the best. I didn’t like that. They say 8 o’clock when they open, but they don’t take care of your pets until 9 o’clock. My dog needed a blood transfusion that hour Different and my dog did not make it if they would’ve to her at 8 o’clock, she would’ve made it. She was just a year old, which I still miss other than that they are good

I visited this veteran for the first time recently with my very sick dog. I was a little spectacle at first because I had just lost one in January due to another vet which I had taken my dogs for years and failed to diagnose correctly what my dog had. But this doctor was different, she took her time to listen to me and to examen my dog Ollie. Two days after my dog was his old self again thanks to her.. I will continue to take my pets to this doctor in the future…

Good professional service at a fair price, however, the system they use is ridiculous. They tell you to come in at 8AM to secure a spot since they only do 15 a day. We showed up at 7:50AM and there were people already in line. We were number 7. We waited 4 hours for a 20 visit with the vet. This is disrespectful to us customers as if our time is meaningless and of no value. Our regular vet is n in the US and and they work on an appointment basis, and are making money. why can’t you do the same here? I glad we were #7 I can only imagine if we were #15. Again please change you practices and have consideration for your customers. Treat us as you would want to be treated. It’s biblical.

Very concurred, which can let you know they are doing something right. Met repeat customers, they really love the place & the Vet (she is sweet & professional). Well staffed, they were very nice & considerate with the pets (& the owners). No too pricey considering the area.
