always a waiting line to pay. Not enought cashiers. The pharmacy in front should train this management of Walgreens of how to be efficient moving fast.

Typical pharmacy, it is always neatly stocked. I prefer to get my medicines inside, they sometimes are swamped in car pickup. They even sell ice!

It’s a shame I have to give this Walgreens one star because of one employee. I come here almost every night after work around 9:30 PM — this is my neighborhood Walgreens, just minutes from my house, and it’s open 24 hours which I really appreciate. However, there’s an employee named Alba (she wears glasses) who constantly tells me the bathroom is “out of order.” This has happened multiple times over the last few months. What’s frustrating is that when I’ve asked other employees, they’ve confirmed the bathroom is working and have kindly let me use it. Tonight, November 10 around 9:25 PM, I asked her again and got the same attitude and the same “out of order” excuse. Then I asked another employee named John, and he immediately said, “Yes, it’s working — I can let you in.” He was extremely kind, professional, and respectful. John deserves five stars all the way for his customer service. Unfortunately, because of Alba’s behavior and how uncomfortable she makes me feel as a regular customer, I can only give this Walgreens one star. I truly hope management or corporate looks into this situation — it’s disappointing to be treated that way at a store I visit almost every day.

This is the absolute worst Walgreens I've ever visited. The customer service employees are ok, but the pharmacy staff is horrible. They are very unprofessional and rude. Especially Jeanette. I will never go there again. First, they place your call on hold and hang up multiple times. You go in person and they treat you horribly. Also, they kept saying my insurance wouldn't allow the medication to be refilled when in reality she had made a mistake when trying to fill it and then lied. Not caring that this medication is extremely important and that I must take it every day. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different one.

If I could rate it less, I would. Staff here are a nightmare. We have a 90 year old father in pain. We were called on the phone and also told by staff to come get the medication. We ended up going 7 SEVEN times and still the next day they said, it was a staff error to call and say come get it when we dont have it while our father laid in pain. No one even offered to call another store and aide us that way to find the meds. You need to put effort into something called efficiency and service. The service there is DISGRACEFUL not to mention they made us re-do the long lines everytime we went just to say " sych, we really dont have it". And you should accept and honor ( do something) for those with appropriate disabled identification other than to say " get to the back of the line". This place is a disrespectful disgrace.
