Ehhh careful if u are Asian don’t go in the male white guy in there really don’t like Asians , I was walking my dog at park with my wife getting a treat for my dog , I went deep to the store my guy just walked straight at me asked me if I was looking for restroom not all Asians are Uber driver my guy stop being racist

Most of the people working here seem to be neurodivergent or queer or both - it’s great. They’re welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly love pets. I love PFE for my pet’s supplies but the employees make visiting an A+ experience.

Ive been here a few times and it is such a massive store! They have everything you would ever need for your pet food needs. They also have a DIY bath section where you can bath your dog. We have a cat so we spent most of our time in the cat section which is not as large as the dog section. The DIY dog was station seems nice and very useful. A nice store and I recommend it! The staff is also very friendly and helpful. They seem very happy!

Huge store with many dog washing stations in the back. Staff is very knowledgeable. Paid parking is kind of strange, but it's about 1.50$ for an hr and it goes towards The Presidio, so I didn't mind so much.

Excited about this new location! The gorgeous washing station at the back will be great for messy pups leaving the beach. Parking is confusing. There is some directly behind on girard or you can go past it on old Mason and turn left into a larger parking lot.
