Today was the first time my fur pup (labradoodle) went here for grooming. Staff is very nice and made me feel comfortable dropping her off. The location is in a nice area too, tucked away so I didn’t feel uneasy with leaving her there. My pup came out very happy and gorgeous. Thank you!!!

Perfect service from a family-owned business. We've been coming here for a while and continue to do so because it's the same price or better than a corporate place but here you get treated like family. Ashley does a great job every time we've gotten our dogs washed and their nails trimmed and everything is always perfect

We had a great experience getting our Aussie Doodle groomed today! The staff is friendly, their work is great, and it was a timely experience. We will definitely be back for grooming again!

I’ve been to several groomers in Salem and I’ve never had an experience like I did at Bougie Pooch Grooming. Booking was easy, I got in quickly, and when I called with questions they were so kind and helpful. They did a thorough consultation with me and my dog, explained what would be best for her coat, and suggested styles since she’s still a puppy — which I really appreciated. When I picked her up, I was blown away. She looked absolutely adorable and her coat looked amazing. The shop was clean, the staff was wonderful, and they even included a little holiday gift which was such a sweet touch. I will definitely be back and have already been recommending them to everyone!
