Emily G is truly one of a kind — she’s been grooming our dogs for years, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s been doing our older dog Max’s nails since he was young (he’s 14 now!), and recently started grooming our Shih Tzu, Penny. Penny can be a little sassy and dramatic, but Emily handles her so gently and lovingly every single time. Penny acts like a whole princess after her grooms, and honestly, she’s a little dramatic when it’s time to leave because she loves the attention so much. The entire grooming team at this PetSmart has always been kind and patient, but Emily is the reason we keep coming back. She genuinely cares about the animals, remembers their little quirks, and makes every visit something we actually look forward to. You can tell she puts her heart into her work. We’re so grateful for her!

I love it here ! The groomer Deborah was great. She listened to my needs about my dog’s nails being cut and filed and fur removal between her paws ! Absolutely the best I’ve had ! Maddy is the best— Rory absolutely loves to visit and always looks super cute after her cut. Fast and friendly service, and the staff treats all the dogs with love and kindness.

Emily G is the best groomer we've ever had. I have a toy poodle named Izzie and despite being a nervous, anxious dog, she is calm and happy each time I pick her up after her service. Emily always does a fantastic job with her. I know how difficult izzie can be to groom and I just am blown away by Emily's talent despite the challenge. The technical knowledge and care Emily has to make sure Izzie looks and feels her best is astounding. Best groomer in the twin cities, hands down.
