(from Google)The team at NorthStar Vets have saved my dog Rella’s quality of life. After being diagnosed with IVDD, Rella was left paralyzed in her back legs. Dr. Chauvet and her incredible neurology team were able to operate on Rella and able to regain function on her legs. Dr. Chauvet was so easy to get into communication with after surgery and answered every question or concern I had. She provided with me the tools that I needed to help Rella in her first steps of recovery. Once Rella was cleared for physical therapy, the rehabilitation doctor, Dr. Litchko and her assistant Marta helped Rella be able to walk again with use of the underwater treadmill and provided us with her home exercise program that we strictly followed at home. Today, Rella is able to walk, run and play again. I cannot say enough great things about the team at Northstar Vets. Rella is the center of our world and seeing her happy and playing again means everything to us. We are forever grateful for the care she was provided by each team member. THANK YOU!
I am so very grateful for all the kindness that I receive from all the staff starting from the reception greeting to all the staff and doctors at NorthStar. I have only been to the Brick and Robinson locations, but I am sure they all have the same love and kindness to all their patients. Dr. Kristina Vygantas is an awesome ophthalmologist! We all have our calling in life, Dr. Vygantas like all veterinarians have this special calling. I commend and I believe it is a blessing how veterinarians have this ability to care for their patients that can only speak WOOF! And, we also have this blessing as mommies and daddy's who are so connected to our babies as well to know how to care and know when something is just not right with them. I am thankful for all our veterinarians who care and know how to treat our wonderful companion's that we love so much and are dear to our hearts. This is my recommendation and my referral for you. Lots of LOVE goes a long way! We can learn alot from our babies about unconditional Love ♥️🐾 Blessings 🙏
Last night, I brought my sweet Bella girl in, who hasn't been herself, and sparing the internet the details, I rushed her over to North Star. I have to say, everything happened so fast, but they provided all the information and then gave us space with her to make a tough decision. The staff was kind and supportive, loving her with me as I had to say goodbye. I will never forget them, and I am grateful.
I brought in my 13-year-old dog, Bella, a couple of days ago after she had a histamine reaction to a fine needle aspiration on a lump that was bothering her. I was a wreck, and the staff was so kind and helpful; the doctor was extremely thorough and answered all of my questions. Bella ended up staying overnight, which worried me even more, but I was reassured she was in good hands and was even sent a picture of her later that night when I called for an update. I cannot thank North Star enough for helping both Bella and me through such a scary situation.
I cannot thank the wonderful staff at NorthStar Vet In Brick enough. My dog Enzo had gastroenteritis and all of the techs and doctors took amazing care of him. He was kept overnight but has never been boarded before but they reassured me through the whole process and even kept me up to date late at night and in the early morning. Every single staff member I spoke with was amazing. Even after Enzo was discharged they continued to follow up on how he was progressing at home and I am happy to report he is doing so much better!
