We have been bringing out cats to Banfield Pet Hospital for years. The staff are always super friendly and so caring towards our fur babies. Our issues are always addressed and our pets are happy and healthy!

Absolutely the worst veterinary experience I’ve ever had. I would strongly caution anyone thinking about bringing their pet here. I brought my dog in for booster shots and to have a visible abscess behind her ear checked. After dropping her off, I received a call saying I would need to pay additional fees just for them to “investigate it further.” When I spoke with Dr. Tran, she claimed there was nothing wrong with my dog — despite the fact that my dog clearly has discomfort and a noticeable abscess behind her ear. Instead of actually examining or helping my dog, I was told that if I wanted her to look closer, I would need to pay even more money. In the end, they did absolutely nothing. No booster shots, no treatment for the abscess, and they didn’t even perform the simple nail trim I had requested. So I paid for a visit where my dog received zero care and zero treatment. A veterinary clinic should prioritize the well-being of animals, not finding ways to charge extra just to look at a problem that was already clearly visible. This experience felt less like a place that cares about animals and more like a place focused on squeezing as much money out of pet owners as possible. Very disappointing, and I will never return.

We found our forever Veterinary place. The staff is consistently wonderful, friendly & welcoming. Arya, my Shih Tzu had been suffering a terrible skin infection for a couple years. 3 Vets could not help her but they charged me over $450. Each. Charging me for things we didn't need. Banfield works with you and the costs are excellent. They were great with her, she can be a beast at times. I felt like I'd known them forever. The CVA was thorough, patient & listened to my concerns while examining Arya. To me those are VITAL, Its so nice to be informed what they are thinking & doing. The vets assistant is one of the best ppl ive met. I'm so bummed I can't recall her name. Both her & the Vet were a wealth of knowledge & clearly explained her condition & options on tests & treatment. Tmm Every aspect of their interaction with my dog as well as myself meant the world to me. They put my mind at ease and her treatment was great. I am so thankful I found them. Thrilled to sayArya is back to her perfect little self. I Highly & completely recommend Banfield Veterinary care. There are many extra services they provide, A wellness plan, it's incredible. And more.

These guys are the best when our fur baby Tommy passed they stepped up! They didn't try to overcharge like places do when you're grieving very professional but caring the support staff was so kind I recommend them at all times of your fur baby's life thank you guys so much
