We love Dr. Patten. He is always honest and cares; he's not just trying to make extra money with unnecessary procedures. And he genuinely cares about his patients and their families. And it's always great to hear the latest going on with his busy family.

Dr Patten is definitely the best vet we have used since living in Auburn the last 3 years. We won't be using anyone else. The staff is very professional and listened to our concerns. They didn't turn my dog away, which we have experienced in the past, and for that they will always be our vet.

These folks are the best! We were in Dire Straits with a sick golden retriever on the road from New Orleans to Atlanta. We called All Creatures without an appointment and they made room for us immediately. Dr. Patten was fantastic. He is talented and compassionate. We were so lucky to find him and yes… Our golden is fine! Thank you All Creatures and Dr. Patten.

I was present when my friend had to seek emergency care for her cat who was experiencing a urinary blockage. I can confidently recommend Dr. Patten. He is not only extremely knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and compassionate. He showed genuine concern for the well being of his patient and went above and beyond to support my friend emotionally during such a stressful time. Dr. Patten and his staff provided excellent, individualized care that was tailored to her cat’s needs. As a veterinary student, I also appreciated how he treated us as colleagues and took the time to kindly answer our questions. He explained each step with care and patience, which made the experience far less overwhelming. As a future Auburn veterinarian, I see Dr. Patten as an inspiring example of the type of clinician I hope to become. After witnessing the level of care he provides, I’ve decided to switch my own pets to his care. It’s rare to find a veterinarian who combines such strong medical expertise with genuine compassion. Without a doubt, I highly recommend him and his team!

Link went for his first vet appt ever with his big sister Zelda and had a great experience. Everyone is really professional, knowledgeable, and nice. Dr. West is fabulous and I would definitely recommend her and her expertise. She makes everything go really smooth and is straight to the point so I like that. If you are looking for an exotic vet then All Creatures is the place I would highly recommend.
