(from Google)Was told to wait for someone to cut open some straw outside because it was wrapped, for 10 minutes and then was told we can go ahead and cut it open ourselves because the people forgot because this lady up in the front was eating some Mcdonalds drinking her pop? Ain't even busy and y'all forget about your 1 customer? Work on it please. Customer service not the best.
Went for a christmas tree, was told rudely they cant provide string or even netting. I could purchase some. What? We got our tree last year here, opposite experience. Turns out Home Depot down the road price matched and had string and netting.
Unfortunately I have to give at least one star to leave a review. I went to TSC to pick up supplies for my farm and I was met with the worst customer service possible. Stacey the cashier, was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She acted like she was doing me the world's biggest favor to even listen to what I had to say. I was attempting to make a $1,200 purchase worth of materials for my farm but I had forgotten my card at home and simply asked if she could enter my card number, she then began to insult me in front of other customers. After she made sure I was thoroughly embarrassed, i left. Then my wife went in to pay with cash, she over heard Stacey continuing to insult me behind my back. We ended up buying the bare necessities to feed our animals and we will be going to a different location to pick up the rest of our materials. The rest of the staff was excellent as always, but Stacey's level of disrespect was incredibly unprofessional.
The assistant manager loaded this into my van with the frame after asking him To remove it. I called back because I couldn’t get it out of my car and he told me it didn’t come in any boxes that it’s all panels wrapped up. I did a lot of research and told him that it does come in boxes. So if you buy a coop don’t be afraid to tell them to keep the giant metal frame. The only thing that wasn’t in a box was the run panels that are zip tied together and would have been so much easier to remove.
One of my favorite places to shop! We get our horse treats and dog food from here. They have some quality country and outdoor wear like boots and coats but we also enjoy the rustic decor that is updated constantly. They also always have fun things like this old fashion soda!
