It's a medium sized lot that holds about 30 or so cars. There's accessible parking too. This trailhead parking lot gives you access to the Watson Woods Preserve. From the parking area, as you continue straight, you'll immediately see restrooms on your right. From there, there are two main trails you can take, and the trail that goes straight and down the steps is what will take you through the "riparian" area of the Watson Woods (saw a really tiny pond but mostly dry). I walked about 20 mins and then turned back.

Well maintained trail. Loved the benches to sit, bird watch and enjoy the scenery. Got to watch this bald eagle flying over the lake.

Prescott E-bike rental s Owner Tony is a class business man. It had been a few years since I had been on this trail and was missing it. Spent last Sunday doing it with my boys! It is a place to see with a Lake to hike around a trail to ride and a picnic to be anywhere among the beautiful landscape of Watson Lake ! Beautiful !

This was an excellent trail to ride my e-bike. It is mostly flat and very wide so easy to navigate past hikers, other cyclists and folks on horseback. The trail takes you around the lake and there are various spots to spot and take in the beautiful views. There is a large parking lot near the start of the trail. Parking is $3 per day.

The trails here are beautiful. Parking at the trailhead is paid parking, however, it’s free on Wednesdays. You can also rent kayaks on the other side of the lake. The Peavine Trail is flat and easy but there are other trails that are much more rocky and more difficult if you’re not ready for it. Only warning is just be cautious not to disturb any critters on the trails, as there was a rattlesnake on one of the paths, but as long as you admire them from afar and leave them alone, they’ll leave you alone!
