Chico's Grooming Spa

No Stars. March 5, 2024 was the first time I took my 9 lbs dog to this so claimed "professional grooming spa". They had a witch do the grooming for my dog. Terrible hair cut and multiple wounds. My dog was so frightened that she came back panicking, I had to take her to the vet the next day and they took the heart and lungs X-rays. The X-rays showed enlarged heart and fluid in the lungs. The vet prescribed medication for my dog. Two days later, my dog had blood in her urine. I had to take her to vet again and the vet put her on antibiotics. Also I have been putting Neosporin on her wounds, she was unable to walk well for the last couple of days. Such an irresponsible grooming place.

So I’ve been going to Chicos now, for about six years give or take… This time I noticed some new faces, and naturally, I was a little apprehensive… But let me tell you there’s nothing to worry about here! These guys totally knocked it out of the park. Edgar and Chloe have never looked better! Thanks Chicos! You guys rocked it.

I have been bringing my Dog here for Many many years every Saturday He is so spoiled ……. I would not take Him anywhere else he is So happy after he gets his Bath Every single week ….. I couldn’t ask for a Better Grooming shop Period they are Extremely careful and Professional with my Baby as he is a very Large dog and isn’t so easy to handle ……..They have built a strong Bond with him And Me He is always treated with love and caring They are hands Down the Best Groomers Around and I have to drive 30 minutes To get there It is totally worth it😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 I could continue on and on. About how Seriously they take there job It definitely shows 😊😊😊😊 I would recommend them to anyone That feels as strongly about there dog as I Do ………… And I would also like to add This message to all the people that Do not take care of there pets properly That is NEGLECT Our animals should be treated as kids are period So if your dog never gets bathed then gets ticks and fleas and gets all Matted fur Duh…………. that’s Neglect If your dog never gets nails trimmed That’s Neglect And so on………………. If your dog never get his teethed brushed And his teeth go bad that Neglect That is on the owner….. Would you treat your children like that????????????

My pom had his first groom in a long time and he had a wonderful experience. I hate to admit this, but he was in pretty bad shape, with many knots, and as hes gotten older, he got more anxious getting groomed. Amelia was amazingly patient and sweet with him and I even got to catch a glimpse of her interaction with him. He seems so happy and playful with her. She definitely has a love for animals! 100% trustworthy with your pet's! Also very affordable!

We love Chico's grooming. They've been taking care of our dogs for several years now and we used to drive 40 minutes to go to their old location. The new location is a little closer so that's great. Our boys are always in a better mood afterwards than after going to several other groomers in the area.
